The usual, always late, even 'is ... time! Sorry =) I hope you all had
a wonderful Valentine's Day and I hope it is a wonderful Valentine's Day every day! My
I spent largely on the books (esameeeee tomorrow! I can not wait to go back to levarmelo !)... A peek at the newspaper ... And then in the evening I took the time to prepare a gift for my sweetie!
course when he arrived, I was there to cut, arrange, edit ... And I had finally had enough of a hurry to not spoil the surprise for ...
So the jam a bit 'was overflowing during cooking ... Then the pictures ... I say nothing more ... Here it is! A heart-shaped tart with jam homemade summer =)
Okay 'jam that was boiling in the oven has spoiled me a bit, but it was delicious!
And then here is a esperimentino went to great =)
Mini-hearts of pastry, by dipping in a cup of hot milk and fish out with a spoon, as is done with the cereal for a sweet, cuddly , cuoriciosa breakfast =)
I leave the recipe, a simple one, but by generous quantities ... Understand why, after tasted them ...! =)
Ingredients:
- 500 g flour 00
- 200 g sugar
- grated rind of half a lemon
- a pinch of salt
-
2 eggs - 200 g cold butter
- a packet of yeast (16 g)
Procedure:
Mix the flour with sugar, lemon zest, salt, eggs, butter made into small pieces and sifted the baking powder. Mix it all quickly, until it come out of a homogeneous mixture, a short pastry. Spread it out in the middle of 2 sheets of parchment paper, so it sticks out of nowhere and cut out hearts with a mold from 1.5 to 2 cm. Bake in the middle of a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 5 minutes, just long enough to see them become golden.
The recipe starts with a fish on a packet of yeast bread of angels and revisited my way! That grated lemon peel I put anywhere from now on ... And then go be 'the hearts ... I like them too!
They're great, I'll just make them wonder how many more times =)
Now turn off everything and go to bed! In fact, I'm going to revise that much sleep at this time does not come even if you beg on my knees ...
Good night!
